How it works?

The apartments were originally long-time rental flats, that is why the equipment and size are above average. We believe that our apartments are perfect for families, you can cook there, and even take your dog with you. After all, they’re a part of your family, too.

We have limited staff, so please check-in one of two ways:

Every day until 18:00 you will meet my mother, Ivona, who will give you the keys, see you to your apartment, and answer any questions you might have.

If you arrive later you can use our fully automatized system. In 5 steps you are in our apartment

1. Place an order
2. Pay online via card
3. Arrive at the apartment where you will find a deposit box
4. Locate the code to your deposit box in your email
5. Enjoy a lovely holiday in Prague

Important!

- Check in is from 15:00 ECT! Check out is till 10:00 ECT! 

- Please, let us know the time of your arrival and departure!

- Our apartment has not reception, please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible!

- We would like to ask you for paying your accommodation at the day of arrival!

Payments

- you can pay by Euro or Czech crowns

- we accept payment by card or cash

- payment in cash require your arrival  Mrs. Bohdana Dmytriv +420 775 494 464 will be waiting for you to show you the apartment and give you all the information needed.

- if you need to arrive later we could process the payment via online transaction from your card and send you a code to the safe-deposit where you will find a keys to your apartment

Rules of stay

- NO SMOKING is permitted in our apartment and in all public areas of the house.

- Only guest who have booked the apartment can stay there. 

- Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. guests are asked to keep quite.

- We ask you to keep the apartment clean and no damages there

How to get to our apartment Pstrossova 3:

From the Prgaue airport:

Taxi: We can arrange a transport for you from the airport. Just let me know  No. of the flight and time of your arrival and I will manage a taxi. Taxi driver will wait for you with your name on a sign at the arrival terminal. The price of the taxi is approximately 22 Euro / 600,- CZK

By car:

2. Free outside  parking , front of Botel MATYLDA, CCA 200M or parking in National Thetre for aprox 30 Euro/24h.
